Tarpaulin material "Airtex© super FR" is a lightweight textile fabric tarpaulin with a PUR coating on both sides weighing 275g/m². Waterproof and flame-retardant in accordance with DIN 4102: B1. High tensile strength, UV-resistant, dirt-repellent and fungicidal treatment to prevent mould growth.
Scaffolding material Dismountable aluminium mast made of anodised aluminium tube Ø 100 mm. Base plates and other steel parts corrosion resistant by hot-dip galvanising.

FAQFrequently asked questions about star tents

Apart from a large sledgehammer or a motorised hammer for hammering in the ground pegs, no tools are required to erect the star tent. For dismantling, we recommend using a ground peg puller to remove the ground pegs, which is available as an optional accessory.


The tarpaulin consists of a high-quality, lightweight textile fabric tarpaulin with a 275g/m² PUR coating on both sides. In addition to its excellent technical properties, the material is flame-retardant, waterproof and can be printed digitally. The standard colour is white.


With a HALTENT star tent, you are buying a quality product directly from the manufacturer. With proper warehousing and careful handling during assembly, you can enjoy your star tent for many years.


Side walls are optionally available for the HALTENT star tent. However, the star tent loses its static properties when using the side walls. If you want all-round protection for your event, we recommend our classic event tents - e.g. pagoda tents or party tents.
